Returns
Extended Xmas returns: All orders placed from Friday 21st November 2025 are eligible for our extended returns period until January 14th 2026. All other terms and conditions continue to apply.
The customer is responsible for the costs of postage and return of items unless they are faulty. We will post any exchange/replacement free of charge. Please see 'Returns' page for more info on the returns process.
